Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Deepak: My name is Deepak Goel. I have done my B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology. My career goal is to work with a company with which I can fully explore my skills and can groom as an IT professional and as an individual too.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Deepak: I had to strengthen my technical skills a lot to secure a good job. Also, the communication part needed to be improved. So, I worked on these areas and was able to secure a job at Snapdeal.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Snapdeal?

Deepak: Preparing and answering quantitative, analytical and computer language test gave me more insight into the basics and in honing my skills. I performed well in AMCAT and secured a job at Snapdeal through it.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Deepak: Absolutely! I think AMCAT is a very good platform for the job seekers to find a job suitable for them. Every job seeker must grab this opportunity.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Deepak: Apart from the technical skills, communication is a very important factor in each and every interview. One must prepare himself a lot in this field too. And last but not the least, be confident in an interview. Sometimes the interviewer challenges you just to check your confidence. So remain calm and be confident on whatever you know.
